Assignment
Implement a web-based application that allows to conduct internal staff performance evaluation of the Technical Execution Unit, a state body responsible for the execution/implementation of the various development and interventions of the Ministry of Finance.
The implementation of this system, with the main goals of:
- Facilitate the evaluation process and save time
- Automate the processing of evaluation reports and eliminate the risk of processing errors
- Strengthen transparency and trust in the process.

Our approach was to present a multi-user intranet web application with customized authentication to ensure solid independent administration. We ensure that all requirements were implemented with regular interactive communications with the representative built on the agile strategy.
As per the main requirements, additional features were implemented to enhance performance with less technical support. The training was delivered to ensure a successful migration to the new platform.
