Create an tailored yet user-friendly website – innovative, with a clean & simple design that will help the Labor Ombudsman office to have an information system to better process complaints and conflicts raised in the garment sector. This system will allow information sharing among key actors in the complaint management chain and to develop real-time, more accurate and sustainable.

Our approach was to present the web application with two layers in relation to the target audiences based on the partner requirements analysis. The first layer allow complaint information collection and case processing tracking. The second layer allows case processing and data management.
As per main requirements, additional features were implemented to allow administrator to drive independant management of the platform with fewer technical support.
